Another reminder about pre-sale tickets
If you tried to buy pre-sale tickets through LPU and/or Living Things pre-sales and found that they were sold out, it’s okay.
all that meant was the pre-sale allotment of tickets was already gone. this doesn’t mean the show is sold-out.
you can try your luck one last time when the tickets go on sale to the general public on saturday, April 28th, at 10 am your local time.
If you tried to buy tickets for the LPU pre-sale but couldn’t, check back occasionally
sometimes people end up not buying their tickets, so after 20 minutes their cart expires and the tickets become available again. a couple people have gotten tickets after they were initially told they were sold out.
Edit: Adam also said on twitter that they might try to get more tickets available, but he can’t promise anything.
LPU presale for the Honda Civic Tour is now open!
Edit: a few shows, particularly the CT show, seem to be having some technical difficulties.
From now until friday, you can access lpunderground.com for free

A fake Warner Bros. media tumblr has posted a supposed title and tracklist for the new Linkin Park album.
IT IS FAKE.
1. the tumblr is very amateur. it claims to be an official WBR source, but the ONLY post on it is this supposed new info about the new album. it has no information, no credentials, and has a very lame default layout.
2. why would Warner Bros. reveal all this information BEFORE the marketing and promotion of the album? they wouldn’t. it would kill all marketing momentum.
I just wanted to address this rumor. a lot of you probably wouldn’t have even heard about this if not for this post, but in case anyone did I just wanted to make it clear that it is 100% total grade A bullshit.
please reblog this so people know. I’m already seeing people getting excited and reposting it as if it were true.
that is all.
Edit: Adam from the LPU has also just confirmed it as fake. not that there was any doubt to begin with.
LPU price reduction!
the LPU is now offering $25 dollar membership packages including the same benefits as the $60 package, EXCEPT for the free LPU Summit passes. under the $25 membership, you would have to purchase a Summit pass separately.
also, for those of you who paid $60 dollars for LPU11, you will now be guaranteed a meet and greet spot at a live show you attend this year!
I can not tell you how happy I am that the LPU did this. the $60 dollar price tag was completely unfair. you were essentially paying for an LPU Summit that you had no way of knowing when it was, where it was, and if you’d be able to attend (not to mention travel fees and hotel prices). now, it’s optional. thank goodness. maybe I’ll renew my membership.
Joe will be chatting with the LPU tomorrow.
for all the LPUers out there, the chat will begin tomorrow, friday January 27th, at around 11:45 PST.
